Did I tell you I’m fickle minded? No? Now you know. I’m axing another short-lived meme, Hot Off the Press. It’s becoming distressing to see the review copies I’ve been neglecting which says a lot about my amazing talent in slacking. So there’s my reason! I’m now replacing it with Last week in a Nutshell! The brief segment that used to be part of the original weekly meme is now standing on its own. This is way is personally comfortable than the previous I came up with it.

Recap of Week 24:

I’m a little productive compare to last, last week. I reviewed two books! TWO BOOKS!! Yay! And also I’m happy to find out that some of you guys already seen Shingeki (which I totally gush last week). Now that I convinced Megan to watch it, I think the post was a success (and if you haven’t seen it I’m staring intently at you!!! *glares* Kidding! xD)

Notable Releases:

Untitled-3Better When He’s Bad (Welcome to the Point, #1) by Jay Crownover
Dark Metropolis (Dark Metropolis #1) by Jaclyn Dolamore

Note: I’m going to highlight two books that I’m excited or just plain curious to read that are about to release this week. For this batch, I already have an ARC of Better When He’s Bad but I’ve been slacking lately. Hopefully to read it this week!

Side notes:

psycho-passI’m still watching Magi and Gintama and finally hopped into Psycho-Pass bandwagon. I heard that my favorite mangaka, Amano Akira did the character design (is that you Hibari? Uni? Byakuran?) for this series. The story is kinda dark and about future society where criminal tendencies can be detected by a computer program. It’s very bad-ass and I’ve only seen the first three episodes. I also watched the first episode of Noragami and I didn’t recognize Levi-heichou’s seiyuu!!!

How was your week, guys? Any news you would like to share? Care to share it with me? :YAY: :D
